Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days.
Delivery
All deliveries are by Royal Mail and require a signature.
International orders
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs or import duties. You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. All such duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Mitchell & Ness has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
International customers returning items are also liable to pay any customs fees involved in the return shipping process
